Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved being able to cook my own meals, but the overall condition of the exterior was quite disappointing. The amenities available were great, especially with easy access to pools and tennis courts, but there were definitely some maintenance issues that need addressing. I appreciate the effort of the staff, but some service aspects fell short, too.
I had a rough start with this property due to its poor condition and lack of management support. The exterior is quite rundown, and it took me several hours to even find someone to help me access my unit. However, I heard from others that the interior can be quite nice and clean, which shows potential. I ultimately decided to leave and book a motel instead, which was disappointing given my long history with RCI.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the unit was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and great service from the staff. On the other hand, the exterior needed attention and some facilities were closed, which was disappointing. Still, for the price, I found it to be a solid option for those who want a comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the outside of the property left much to be desired, with peeling paint and a neglected appearance. On the bright side, my unit was quite spacious and clean, equipped with a full kitchen and comfy living areas. However, I encountered significant issues with accessing my unit upon arrival, causing a lot of frustration. If improvements are made to the exterior and management processes, it could be a much better experience.
I stayed at Club Lakeridge, hoping for a comfortable place while my husband underwent a medical procedure. The unit was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. However, the exterior of the building was in desperate need of maintenance, and some amenities were closed. Overall, it was a decent experience, but it did not fully meet my expectations.
